  • More than 30 Days Before Departure: Full refund, less any non-refundable deposits or fees.
  • 30 to 14 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
  • Less than 6 Days Before Departure: No refund will be issued.

3. Special Circumstances

  • Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain bookings, such as promotional offers or discounted packages, may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
  • Changes in Itinerary: If changes in the itinerary are necessary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, political unrest), we will offer an alternative solution or a partial refund based on the situation.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Flights, Hotels, and Other Services: Cancellation policies for third-party services such as flights, hotels, and excursions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers. We will assist in coordinating with these providers but cannot guarantee refunds outside of their policies.

5. Group Bookings

  • Group Cancellations: For group bookings, the cancellation policy may differ based on the size of the group and the services booked. Specific terms will be provided at the time of booking.
