1. Cancellation by the Client

  • Notice Period: Cancellations must be communicated to SAS Tours and Travels in writing via email or through our online portal.
  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Before 30 Days of Departure: Clients can cancel their booking 30 days before the scheduled departure date with a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits, processing fees, and service charges.
    • Between 30 and 15 Days Before Departure: A cancellation within this period will result in a refund of 50% of the total booking amount.
    • Less than 15 Days Before Departure: Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by SAS Tours and Travels

  • Force Majeure Events: In cases of unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability), SAS Tours and Travels reserves the right to cancel the tour. Clients will be offered a choice of a full refund or an alternative tour of equal value.
  • Minimum Participant Requirements: If the tour fails to meet the minimum number of participants, SAS Tours and Travels may cancel the tour. Clients will be notified in advance and offered a full refund or an alternative tour.

3. Cancellation of Third-Party Services

  • Flights, Hotels, and Other Services: SAS Tours and Travels acts as an agent for third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels). The cancellation policy for these services is governed by the respective provider’s terms. We will assist clients in securing refunds or modifications but cannot guarantee them.
  • Non-Refundable Components: Certain services (e.g., special flight deals, hotel bookings) may be non-refundable. These terms will be communicated during the booking process.

4. Group and Customized Tours

  • Group Booking Cancellations: For group bookings, specific cancellation policies will apply, which may differ from our standard terms. Please refer to your booking agreement for details.
  • Customized Tours: Cancellation policies for customized tours will be detailed in the agreement provided at the time of booking.

5. How to Cancel

  • Strong Recommendation: We strongly advise clients to purchase travel insurance that covers cancellations, delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. This will provide additional protection beyond what is covered by this policy.
